a T.E.S.CO. monument found at the Northwest corner of Lot 12,
THENCE East a distance of 154.70 feet to a T.E,S.CO. monument found at the Northeast
corner of Lot 12:
THENCE S 000 4550" W a distance of 213.44 feet to an iron rod set at the Southeast corner
of Lot 9 and in the North line of Chester Avenue,
THENCE West with the North line of Chester Avenue, a distance of 154.70 feet to the PLACE
OF BEGINNING and containing 0.758 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all
streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown or
the purposes and consideration therein expressed.
