an iron rod at the intersection of the North line of Avenue F and said

THENCE West with the North line of Avenue F, 153.0 feet to an iron rod
at the Southeast corner of Lot 10, Block 66-A, Highland Addition as recorded
in Volume 3, Page 2, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE N 00' 01' E with the East line of said Lot 10, a distance of 147.75
feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 890 36' E 154.1 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.519 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates
to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water course,",
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
