LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A 0.89-acre tract of land being all of Lots 8-10, Block 2, Patterson's Addition, an
addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 17,
Wichita County Plat Records, and being more specifically described by metes and
bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod being the northeast comer of said Lot 10 and the
point of intersection of the south right-of-way line of Eastside Drive with the west
right-of-way line of Paradise St., both dedicated public streets, said iron rod being
the northwest corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE SOUTH 178.60 feet along the east line of said Lots B-10 and the west
right-of-way line of said Paradise Street to a 1/2-inch iron rod being the southeast
corner of said Lot 8 and the northeast comer of Lot 7 of said Block 2 for the
southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving the west right-of-way line of said Paradise Street, NORTH
87'5911" WEST 220.94 feet along the north line of said Lot 7 and the south line of
said Lot 8 to a 1/2-inch iron rod in the east right-of-way line of a 16-foot alley being
the northwest corner of said Lot 7 and the southwest corner of said Lot 8 for the
