THENCE with the North line of Call Field Road, N 87' 02' 42" W a distance of 111.89 feet to
a drill hole found in the concrete at an angle point, and N 87' 55' 47' W a distance of
139.88 feet to a X set in concrete in the East line of a tract conveyed to Vetrotex
Certointeed Corp., by deed recorded in Volume 1560, Page 506, Wichita County Deed Records,
for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 06' 13" W a distance of 231.05 feet to a drill hole found in concrete for the
Northwest comer of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 45' 30" E a distance of 278.30 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.499 acres of land.
