THENCE N 82° 21' W with the North line of Avenue N a distance of 148.50 feet to an "x" scribed in
concrete for the Southwest corner of said Lot 4-A, being in the East line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE in a Northerly direction with the said East line of Kemp Boulevard being a curve to the right
with a radius of 1859.6 feet and a long chord which bears N 120 33' 16" E 200.72 feet, an arc
distance of 200.83 feet to an iron rod set in the North line of Lot 7, Block 7-A,
THENCE S 82' 21' E a distance of 131.16 feet to an iron rod set for the Northeast corner of said Lot

THENCE S 07' 36' W with the West line of a 20.0 foot wide alley a distance of 200.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.65 acre of land
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown
