BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 2-A, Highland Addition according to plat
recorded in Volume 1, Pages 23-26, said iron rod being the intersection of the West line of Fillmore Street and
the South line of Avenue L;
THENCE S 26° 54' W with the West line of Fillmore Street a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod set at the
Southeast corner of Lot 2, Block 2-A, Highland Addition for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 62° 59' W with the South line of said Lot 2 a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod set at its
Southwest corner for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 26° 54' E with the West line of said Lots 1 & 2, a distance of 100.0 feet to an iron rod set at the
Northwest corner of said Lot 1, said iron rod being in the South line of Avenue L for the Northwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE S 62° 59' E with the South line of Avenue L a distance of 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING
and containing 0.344 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereon and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
