being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod found at the Northeast corner of Country Club Square, a replat of Lot 3 B, Block 1,
Highland Addition as shown on plat recorded at Vol. 27, Pages 88 & 89, Wichita County Plat Records, also being the
Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 1, Highland Addition as shown on plat recorded at Vol. 26, Pages 76 & 77, Wichita

THENCE with the North line of Country Club Square, N 83' 20' W 350.37 feet to an iron rod found;
