THENCE North 578.26 feet to an iron rod found at the Northwest corner of Lot 1, Block 100-A, as shown on
Plat of Record at volume 23, Page 165, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the South line of
Arizona Street;
THENCE S 89' 281 E with the South line of Arizona Street 536.52 feet to the Northeast corner of Said Lot
1, said point being in the Northwest line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE S42' 531 30- W 617.8 feet and S 43' 521 W 167.34 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.582
acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereon and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
