Addition as recorded in Volume 26, Page 132, Wichita County Plat Records, said point
being at the intersection of the West right-of-way of Kemp Boulevard and the North
right-of-way of Avenue Q;
THENCE N 82° 55' W along the South line of said Lot 6A, a distance of 150.0 feet to
an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 6A;
THENCE N 07` 05' E a distance of 250.0 feet to an iron rod at the Northwest corner of
Lot 4;
THENCE S 82° 55, E along the North line of said Lot 4 a distance of 150.0 feet to an
iron rod in the West right-of-way of Kemp Boulevard, for the Northeast corner of Lot
4;
THENCE S 07° 05' W along the West right-of-way of Kemp Boulevard 250.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.861 acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto,
