FIELD NOTES
A tract -of land being mare commonly known as Lots 1, 2, and 3, Block 36A, Highland Addition, an addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, as recorded in Volume 1, Page 25, Wichita County plat Records,
and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" iron rod at the point of intersection of the West right-of-way line of Buchanan Street,
(a dedicated Street), and the South right-of-way line of Avenue U, (a dedicated Street), said iron rod being the
Northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 36A, said Highland Addition, for the Northeast corner and Place of Beginning of
this description:
Thence South 070 03' West 150.00 feet along said West right-of-way line of Buchanan Street and the East Line
of said Lots 1, 2 and 3, said Block 36A, to a 1/2" iron rod for the Southeast corner of said Lot 3 and the South-
east corner of this tract;
Thence North 820 57' West 150.00 feet along the South line of said Lot 3 to a 1/2" iron rod in the East line
of a 20 foot wide dedicated Alley for the Southwest corner of said lot 3 and the Southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 010 03' East 150.00 feet along the East line of said Alley and along the West line of Lots 1,
