BEGINNING at an iron rod at the Southwest corner of Lot 8-B, Block 118, Highland Addition, as recorded in
Volume 26, Page 149, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being in the intersection of the East line of Garfield
Street and the North line of Avenue U;
THENCE N 070 151 E along said East line of Garfield Street a distance of 200.4 feet to an iron rod at the
Northwest corner of Lot 15;
TH1INCE East a distance of 149.5 feet to an iron rod in the West line of a 20.0 foot wide alley;
THENCE S 071 201 W with the West line of said alley a distance of 20.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East a distance of 20.2 feet to an iron rod in the East line of said alley;
THENCE N 070 201 E with the East line of said alley a distance of 70.0 feet to a nail at the Southwest corner
of Lot 6;
THENCE East along the South line of Lot 6, a distance of 149.5 feet to an iron rod in the West line of Grnnt
Street;
THENCE S 071 251 W along the West line of Grant Street a distance of 250.35 feet to an 'IXII in concrete at
its intersection with the North line of Avenue V for the Southeast corner of Lot 8-A;
THENCE West along the North line of Avenue V a distance of 318.8 feet to the PLACE. OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.616 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
