said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds:
Beginning at an "x" in concrete being the point of intersection of the north
right-of-way line of Avenue "U", and the east right-of-way line of Buchanan Street,
said "x" in concrete also being the southwest corner of said Block 30-A, Highland
Addition, and the southwest corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said east right-of-way line of Buchanan Street, and along the west
