of intersection of the south right-of-way line Hampstead Lane, said point of inter-
section also being the northeast corner of said Block 46, Highland Addition, said
1" iron pipe being the northeast corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence along said west right-of-way line of West Campus Drive, South 169.70
feet to a 1/2" iron rod being the southeast corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said west right-of-way line of West Campus Drive, West 248.00
feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the southwest corner of this tract;
Thence North 169.70 feet to a 1/2" iron rod for the northwest corner of this
tract;
Thence East 248.00 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.97 acre,
