Highland Addition Block 15A, an addition to the City of 'Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically
described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2" Iron rod lying in the west right-af-way line of Fit lmore Street. said I/2" iron
rod being the southeast corner of the original Lot 6, Bloc!, 15A, said iron rod being the southeast corner
and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 82' 43' West 150.00 feet to a 1/2" Iron rn'd lying in the east line of a 20.0 foot alley,
said rod being the southweest corner of the above mentioned Lot 6, Block 15A, and being the southwest
corner of this tract;
Thence North 07° 20' East 300.00 feet along the east line of said 20.00 foot alley to a I/2" iron rod
