THENCE S 890 57' E, 333.2 feet to an iron rod for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 000 01' E, 180.0 feet to an iron rod in the North line of said Block 45;
THENCE S 890 57' E, 178.1 feet to an iron rod in the West line of West Campus Drive
for the Northeast corner of said Block 45;
THENCE S 000 01' W with said West line of West Campus Drive, 404.2 feet to an iron
rod, for the Southeast corner of said Block 45;
THENCE N 890 57' W, 511.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.37 acres
of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto, and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the
