metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point for the Southwest corner of said Block 15-A, the intersec-
tion of the East right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard and the North right-of-way line
of Avenue °0";
Thence North 070 20' East 250.00 feet along said East right-of-way line of Kemp
Boulevard and the West lines of said Lots 9. 10. 11, 12. and 13 to the Northwest
corner of said Lot 13 for the Northwest corner of this tract;
