recorded in Vol. 1, Pages 23-26, Wichita County Plat Records, said point also being in the inter-
section of the East riglit-of-way of Garfield Street and the North right-of-way of Ave. V;
THENCE N 070 15' E along the East right-of-way of Garfield Street, ISM feet to an iron rod at
the Northwest corner of Lot 14, Block 118, Highland Addition;
THENCE East with North line of said Lot 14, a distance of 149.5 feet to an iron rod at the Northeast
corner of Lot 14;
THENCE S 070 20' W with Fast line of said Lot 14, a distance of 35.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE East 20.2 feet to an iron rod in West line of Lot 9, Block 118;
THENCE N 070 20' E with West line of Lot 9, 8 and 7, a distance of 99.0 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE S 830 34' E, 148.4 feet to an iron rod in West right-of-way of Grant Street;
THENCE S 07' 25' W along said right-of-way 197.6 feet to an iron rod at its intersection with the
North right-of-way of Avenue V for the Southeast corner of Lot 11;
THENCE West along the North right-of-way of Avenue V, 318.8 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 1.265 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
