THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the East line of said city tract, a curve to the right
having a radius of 250 feet and a central angle of 45' 161 50" for an arc distance of 197.57 feet
to a point in the West line of Block 164, Highland Addition;
THENCE North with the West line of said Block 164, a distance of 248.0 feet to a monument in the
South Right -of -Way line of Yell Freeway
Tf=, E N 650 221 E along said South Right -of -Way line 510.6 feet to a monument in the Westerly
line of F.W. & D. RR.;
THENCE Southwesterly with Westerly line of F. W. & D. RR., a curve to the left having a radius of
1999.86 feet and a central angle of 21° 261 19" for an arc distance of 748.3 feet to a point;
THENCE West 8.21 feet to the PLACE OF BEGIIVING and containing 2.38 acres of land.
TIEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed. !
