ankle of 04'' 01' 55", and at which point the tangent of said curve hears

THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along said Right -of -Way line and curve
to the right an arc distance of 13n.89 feet to end of curve;
THEM N 670 53' 40" E along said Right -of -Way 1ine,289.26 feet to a
point, for the Northeast corner of this tract,
