Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 2P-A, Highland Addition, according to plat recorded in
Volume 1, Pages 23-26, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being the intersection of the North Right -of -
Way line of Avenue T and the East Right -of -Way line of Grant Street;
THENCE N 06' 52' E along the West line of said Block 28-A and the East Right -of -Way line of Grant Street
100.0 feet to a point in the Southeast Right -of -Way line of Kell Boulevard;
THENCE along the Southeast Right -of -Way line of Kell Boulevard as follows: N 37' 26' E 25.P3 feet and
N 68° 00' E 167.7 feet to a point;
THENCE S 060 52' W 203.2 feet to a point in the North Rinht-of-Way line of Avenue T;
THENCE N E3° 08' W along the North Right -of -Way line of Avenue T, 160.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and
containing 0.582 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and
in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations
therein expressed.
