of Way line of Kemp Boulevard;
THENCE S 07' 36' W along the East line of said Lot 5-A and West Right -of -Way line of Kemp Boulevard,
100.0 feet to a point, for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 82° 29' W 150.0 feet to a point in the West line of said Lot 5-A, said point being in the East line
of an alley, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 07° 36' E along the West line of said Lot 5-A and East line of alley, 100.0 feet to an iron rod at
the Northwest corner of said Lot 5-A, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 820 29' E 150.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acre of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
