Highland Addition, Wichita Falls, Texas, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of Block 119, Highland Addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, according to Plat recorded in Vol. 1,
Pgs. 23-26 of Wichita County Plat Records, said point being West 296.82
feet from its Southeast corner and also being in the North line of Ave. II;
THENCE West along the South line of said Block 119 and the North line of
Avenue U, 278.86 feet to point in the East line of a 45.n foot wide channel
easement, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 210 36' 11" W along the East line of said channel easement, 22q.OP
feet to a point in the South Right -of -Way line of Kell Boulevard, said point
being on a curve to the right having a radius of 1860.0 feet and a central
angle of 04o 01' 55", and at which point the tangent of said curve bears
N 506 17' 51" E;
THENCE in a Northeasterly direction along said Right -of -Way line and curve
to the right an arc distance of 130.89 feet to end of curve;
THE;10E N 670 53' 40" E along said Right -of -Way line, 133.53 feet to a
point, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 210 36' 11" E 369.16 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
1.836 acres (80,000 sq.ft.) of land.
The Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use
use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains,
easements and public places thereon shown for the pur ose and consideration
