a point;
THENCE S 460 41' 30" E 90.91 feet to a point;
THENCE S 000 11' W 109.37 feet to a point in the North Right -of -Way line of Midwestern
Parkway;
THENCE N 890 49' W with the North Right -of -Way line of Midwestern Parkway, 227.0 feet to
the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 23,095 square feet of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and
