corner of this tract;
THENCE S 83° 08' E with the North line of said Lot 4, a distance of 141.0 feet to an iron rod for the
Northeast corner of the tract;
THENCE S 08° 29' W with the North line of Kell Boulevard 24.0 feet to a monument for an angle point;
THENCE S 26° 01' W with the North line of Kell Boulevard 95.3 feet to a monument for an angle point;
THENCE S 52° 34' W with the North line of Kell Boulevard 51.45 feet to an iron rod in the South line of
Lot 6, Block 19A, Highland Addition for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 83° 08' W 71.90 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner of said Lot 6 and the Southwest corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 060 52' E with the West lines of Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 19A, Highland Addition, 150.0 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.408 acres of land.
Therefore, the Owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto and in
person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon,shown for the purposes and con-
siderations therein expressed.
