as Lots 7, 8, the South 5 feet of Lot 6, and the Meet 10 feet of a closed alfey out of Block
27-A, Highland Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas and being more spe-
cifically described by metes and bounds as follows;
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard, said point bears
East 2336.23 feet and South 70 00' West 1070.17 feet from the Northwest corner of said Cyrus
Eakman Survey; said point also bears South 70 00' West 295.37 feet from the intersection of
the West right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard and the South right-of-way line of Kell Boulevard;
said point being further identified as the Southeast corner of Lot 1-A of previously mentioned
Block 27-A, Highland Addition; said point being the Northeast corner of this description;
Thence South 70 00' West 105.00 feet along the West right-of-way line of Kemp Boulevard to
the Northeast corner of Lot 9 of said Block 27-A for the Southeast corner of this description;
