further described as a portlon of Blocks 100, 171 and 173. Highland Addition, an addition to
the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, and being more specifically described by mates and bounds as
follows;
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of Arizona Street and the Northwest line
of Kemp Boulevard (formerly Grant Street), said point also being the East corner of Block 100,
said Highland Addition, said point also being the Northeast corner and place of beginning of
this description:
Thence South 420 55' West 400.40 feet &long said Northwest line of Kemp Boulevard to a
point for corner;
Thence North 470 05' West 360.30 feet to a point in the East boundary line of a Texas
Electric Service Company Tract as described in Volume 364, Page 327, of the Wichita County Deed
Records for corner;
Thence North 53.80 feet along said East boundary line to a point in the South right-of-
way line of Arizona Street for the Northwest corner of this tract;
