BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of Lot 21, Block 36A, Highland Addition, according to plat recorded in Volume 1,
Pages 23-26, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being the intersection of the East line of Grant Street and the
South line of Avenue U;
THENCE S 83° 12' E along the South line of Avenue U. 150.0 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 21, said corner
being in the West line of an alley, for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 06° 52' W 100.0 feet with the West line of said alley to the Southeast corner of Lot 20, for the Southeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE N 830 12' W 150.0 feet with the South line of Lot 20 to the Southwest corner of Lot 20, said corner being in
the East line of Grant Street, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 06° 52' E 100.0 feet along the East line of Grant Street to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.344 acres
of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto and in person or through
a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses,
drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
