tion according to Plat recorded in Volume 1, Pages 22-26, Plat Records of Wichita County;
THENCE S 890 56' 41 with North line of an alley, 100.0 feet to an iron rod for the
Southwest corner of Lot 3 and the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE North with West line of Lot 3, 116.3 feet to an iron rod in the South line of
Kenesaw Avenue for the Northwest corner of Lot 3 and the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 890 56' E with South line of Kenesaw Avenue 100.0 feet to an iron rod for the
Northeast corner of Lot 2 and the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with East line of Lot 2, 116.3 feet to the place of beginning and con-
taining 0.267 acre of land.
Therefore, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed there-
to and in person or through a duly authorized anent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
