THENCE S 06°58' W along the West line of alley, 113.3 feet to the Southeast
corner of Lot 18, Block 5A, Highland Additions
THENCE N 83002, W 148.9 feet along the South line of Lot 18, the Southwest
corner of Lot 181
THENCE N 26054, E along the East line of Grant Street 157.2 feet to the place
of beginning and containing 0.376 acre of land.
Therefore the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed thereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes
and considerations therein expressed.
