cally described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at the oint of intersection of the North line of Avenue G and the East line of Bell Street,
slid point being the �ou thwest corner of Lot 9, Block 67A, said point also bears West 3588.5 feet and South
2173.8 feet from the Northeast corner of the eaid S,P,R,R, Co. Survey;
Thence North 124.00 feet along the East line of Bell Street to the Northwest corner of said Lot 9 in
