of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 18' 11' E with the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 359.46 feet to an
iron rod found for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 89' 41' 49" E a distance of 175.00 feet to a mag nail found for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 18' 11" W a distance of 375.17 feet to an iron rod found in the South line of
said Lot 1 and the North right-of-way line of Call Field Road, for the Southeast comer of
this tract;
THENCE N 88' 29' 51' W with the South line of said Lot 1 and the North line of Call Field
Road, a distance of 27.75 feet to an iron rod found at the beginning of a curve to the right
having a radius of 924.93 feet and a long chord which bears N 83' 49' 45" W a distance of
148.03 feet;
THENCE in a Northwesterly direction with the South line of said Lot 1 and the North line of
Call Field Road, and with said curve to the right, an arc distance of 148.19 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.486 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed
hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places
thereon shown for the purpose and consideration therein expressed and further warrants that
he has lawful authority to make such dedications.
