A 0.35-acre tract out of the S. Holloway Survey, Abstract No. 498, and out of the E. Austin Survey, Abstract No.
701, Wichita County, Texas, being all of Lots 5 ans 6, Block 87A, Highland Addition, an addition to the City of
Wichita Falls, Texas, as recorded in Volume 1, Pages 23-26, Wichita County Plat Records, being those certain
tracts deeded to Adam & Maria Rentena from Camilo Canales in April, 1996, as recorded in Volume 1860, Page
680, Wichita County Deed Records, and from the City of Wichita Falls in October, 2008, as recorded in Volume
3302, Page 552, Wichita County Deed Records, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at a 1/2-inch iron rod on the northwest right-of-way line of Polk Street, a dedicated city street, being
the east corner of Lot 7 of said Block 87A, Highland Addition, and the south corner of said Lot 6 for the south
corner and PLACE OF BEGINNING of this tract;
THENCE NORTH 63'06'00" WEST 150.00 feet along the northeast line of said Lot 7 and the southwest line of
said Lot 6 to a 1/2-inch iron rod on the southeast right-of-way line of a 20-foot public alley being the north corner
