Records, said iron rod being in the South line of Fairfax Avenue;
THENCE S 890 54' 10" E with the South line of Fairfax Avenue, a distance of 331.06 feet
to an iron rod found in the North line of Block 23, McKenzie Knight Subdivision;
THENCE S 00° 01' 46" E a distance of 93.93 feet to a point in the South line of said Block
23;
THENCE N 890 54' 10" W with the South line of said Block 23, a distance of 95.61 feet to
a point in the East line of Block 36 and the Southwest corner of said Block 23;
THENCE S 000 01' 46" E with the East line of said Block 36, a distance of 208.31 feet to
an iron rod found in the North line of abandoned railroad right-of-way;
THENCE N 760 18' 09" E with the North line of said railroad, a distance of 387. 24 feet to
an iron rod found in the West line of Burkburnett Road;
THENCE S 230 47' 46" E with the West line of Burkburnett Road, a distance of 30.49 feet
to an iron rod found in the South line of abandoned railroad right-of-way;
THENCE S 760 17' 59" W with the South line of said railroad right-of-way, a distance of
399.92 feet to an iron rod found in the East line of Block 36;
THENCE S 000 10' 47" E with the East line of said Block 36; a distance of 34.61 feet to an
iron rod found at its Southeast corner;
THENCE S 89° 19' 50" W with the South line of said Block 36, a distance of 235.53 feet to
its Southwest corner;
THENCE N 000 01' 46" W with the West line of Block 36, a distance of 370.92 feet to the
PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 2.474 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to
the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
