being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which bears South 933.1 feet and East 5N9,5 feet from the Northwest corner
of said Thomas Curry Survey, said point lies in the South line of Lot 7, of said McKenzie -Knight Subdivision
Said point also being the Northwest corner of this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence, along said South line of Lot 7, East 157.00 feet to a point, said point being the Northwest
corner of Lot 6 of said McKenzie -Knight Subdivision, said point also being the Northeast corner of
this tract;
Thence, along the West line of Said Lot 6 and of Lot 28 of said McKenzie -Knight Subdivision, South,
passing an iron rod at 166.20 feet, a total distance of 531.37 feet to a point lying in the North
right-of-way line of Fairfax Avenue, said point being the Southeast corner of this tract;

Southwest corner of this tract;
