Falls, Wichita County, Texas as recorded in Volume 5, Page 468, Wichita County Plat Records and being comprised of
that certain "FIRST TRACT" and "SECOND TRACT' described in Warranty Deed from Lloyd David Wachsman and Use
Kay Wachsman to Eleanor Wachsman recorded in volume 1231, Page 468 of the Wichita County Deed Records and said
4,3476 acre tract being more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a 1/2 inch iron rod in the West Line of Crescent Lane and the East line of afore said Block 16, Tarter -Clark
Subdivision, said rod bears South 333.5 feet from the Northeast corner of said block 16 for the Northeast comer of the
herein described tract:
Thence along the said West Line of Crescent Lane and the East line of Block 16, South 210.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod
at the Northeast comer of the Donnell Crosslin tract as recorded in Volume 1368, Page 854, Wchita County Deed Records
for the southeast corner of this tract:
Thence North 79R51'00" West 260.00 feet to a 112 inch iron rod at the Northwest corner of said Crosslin tract for an interior
corner of this tract;
Thence South 5.00 feet to a 112 inch iron in the West line of said Crosslin tract and the North line of the City View School
District property as recorded in Volume 281. Page 197, Wichita County Deed Records for an Ell comer of this tract;
Thence North 79°51'00" West 251.89 feet to a 112 inch Iron rod for an Ell corner of said City View School Tract for an Ell
corner of this tract;
Thence South 10.65 feet to a 112 inch iron rod at an Ell comer of said City View School Tract and an Ell comer of this tract;
Thence North 79°51'00" West 370.66 feet to a 1/2 inch Iron rod in the East line of the Salvador Salgado tract as recorded
in volume 1376 page 461, Wchita County Deed Records for the Southwest Corner of this tract;
Thence North 225.65 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod at the Northeast comer of the Ronald Colton tract recorded in Volume
2644, Page 199, Wichita county Deed Records and the Southwest corner of the Boyd Curtis tract recorded in volume
1082, page 21, Wichita County Deed Records for the Northwest comer of this tract;
Thence South 79051'00" East along the South line of said Curtis tract, at 670.55 feet pass the Southwest corner of Lot 1,
