Tarter -Clark Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas, described by metes and bounds as
follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod in the East line of Block 16, Tarter -Clark Subdivision, as
recorded in Volume 5, Page 468, Wichita County Plat Records, said point being South
229.15 from the Northeast corner of Block 16 and also being in the East line of
Crescent Lane for the Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of Block 16 and the East line of Crescent Lane a
distance of 104.4 feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 79° 51' W a distance of 212.0 feet to an iron rod for the Southwest corner of
this tract;
THENCE North a distance of 104.4 feet to an iron rod for the Northwest corner of this
tract;
THENCE S 790 51' E a distance of 212.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing
0.50 acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto,
and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the
public forever, all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and
public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
