Wichita Falls, Wichita County, Texas, said tract being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point which hears North 79' Oil West 399.10 feet and South 01' 09' West 15.22 feet from the point
of intersection of the North line of Belue Street and the West line of Beverly Drive, said point being the southerly
corner and place of beginning of this description;
Thence North 79' Oil West 126.72 feet to a point lying In the East right-of-way line of Loop 11, said point
being the westerly corner of this tract;
Thence along said East right-of-way line of Loop 119 North 58' 46' East 98.06 feet to a point of curvature;
Thence continuing along said East right-of-way line of Loop 11, and along a 3.826 degree curve to the left,
having a radius of 1,497.39 and a central angle of 01' 571 35.911, a total distance of 51.22 feet to a point for the
northerly corner of this tract;
Thence leaving said East right-of-way line of Loop 11, South 01' 09' West 103.41 feet to the place of beginning
