298, Wichita County Plat Records, and being in the North line of 35th
Street;
THENCE North with the West line of said Lot 1, Block 2-A, a distance of
668.0 feet to an iron rod set in the South line of a 15 foot alley;
THENCE N 89" 57' E with the North line of Lot 1 a distance of 263.8 feet
to an iron rod found;
THENCE South a distance of 111.0 feet to an iron rod set;
THENCE N 89" 57' E a distance of 606.72 feet to an iron rod found in the
West line of the Old Jacksboro Highway;
THENCE with the West line of the Old Jacksboro Highway as follows: S 00"
18' E 100.0 feet; N 89" 42, E 10.0 feet; S 00" 18' E 142.06 feet; East 6.0
feet; and S 00" 18, E 163.15 feet to an "x" set in concrete at the most:
Easterly Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE leaving said West line of Old Jacksboro Highway S 890 50' W a
distance of 232.74 feet to an "x" set in concrete;
THENCE South a distance of 150.0 feet to an iron rod found in the North
line of 35th Street;
THENCE S 89" 50, W a distance of 60.0 feet to a spike found in the North
line of 35th Street;
THENCE North a distance of 125.0 feet to an "x" set in concrete;
THENCE S 89" 50' W a distance of 40.0 feet to an "x" set in concrete;
THENCE South a distance of 125.0 feet to an iron rod found in the North
line of 35th Street;
THENCE S 890 50, W with the North line of 35th Street a distance of 555.9
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 11.034 acres of land.
THEREFORE, the Owners of the .land shown on this plat and whose names
are subscribed thereon and in person or through a duly authorized agent,
hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for
