Whereas C. E. Norriss,Sr., C. E. Norriss, Jr., and Claude Garner, Jr., 3400 Holliday, Wichita Falls,
Phone 767-1495, are the Owners of two tracts of land situated in Blocks 3,4,5,6, and 7 of Woodland Park
Addition, an addition to the City of Wichita Falls, Texas, out of Block 7 of the J. A. Scott Survey No. 9,
A-305, Wichita County, Texas, more particularly described in two tracts by metes and bounds as follows;
TRACT ONE - LOT 1-A, BLOCK 3, WOODLAND PARK ADDITION:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of Block 3, Woodland Park Addition, on the North right-of-way of
Thirty-fifth Street;
THENCE North 100.0 feet to a point;
THENCE East 80.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 100.0 feet to a point in the North right-of-way of Thirty-fifth Street;
THENCE West 80.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.18 acres of land.
TRACT TWO - BLOCK 4-A, WOODLAND PARK ADDITION:
BEGINNING in the West right-of-way of U. S. Highway 281 at'a point North 150.0 feet from the
Southeast corner of Block 7 of Woodland Park Addition;
THENCE West 236.4 feet to a point in the West line of Block 7;
THENCE South 150.0 feet to the Southwest corner of Block 7 and the North right-of-way of Thirty-fifth Street;
THENCE West 60.0 feet to a point;
THENCE North 125.0 feet to a point;
THENCE West 40.0 feet to a point;
THENCE South 125.0 feet to the North right-of-way of Thirty-fifth Street;
THENCE West 250.0 feet to a point which is East 42.1 feet from the Southwest corner of Block 4 of
Woodland Park Addition;
THENCE North 265.0 feet to a point in the South right-of-way of a 50 foot road easement for Thirty-fourth St.;
THENCE East 586.4 feet to the intersection of the South line of said 50 foot road easement and the West
right-of-way of U. S. Highway 281;
THENCE South 115.0 feet to the place of beginning and containing 2.64 acres of land.
The Owners of land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed hereto, and in person or through
a duly authorized agent hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therein
expressed.
