Whereas the Chrysler Realty Corporation is the owner of a tract out of the Woodland Park Addition to
the City of Wichita Fails* Wichita County, Texas described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a 1" pipe, the Northeast corner of Blk 17 of the Woodland Park Addition to the City
of Wichita Falls, Texas, said point being the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract, and being
in the West R. 0. W. line of Holliday Street;
THENCE South 0005°West 114.E feet to an "E" chiseled in concrete, the beginning of a curve to the right
with a radius of 256.0 feet;
THENCE in a Southerly direction along said curve, at 36.2 feet pass the Southeast corner of said Block 17,
and the Northeast corner of Block Ib of said addition, then continuing along said curve a total distance
of 404.9 feet to a I" pipe, the North R. 0, W. line of Hampstead lane;
THENCE West Ib4.7 feet along the North R. 0. W. line of Hampstead lane to a 5/b" iron rod, for the South—
west corner of this tract, said point being 110.0 feet East of the Southwest corner of said Block 11,;
THENCE North, at 222,5 feet pass the North line of said Block lb and the South line of said Block 17,
then continuing North a total distance of 372.5 feet to a 5/6" iron rod in the North line of Block 17
for the most'Westerly Northwest corner of this tract, said point being 110.0 feet East of the Northwest
corner of said Block IT;
THENCE East along North line of Block 17 for 7.4 feet to a 1" pipe for a corner of this tract, also being
the Southwest corner of Block 9;
THENCE North along the West line of said Block 9 for 200.0 feet to a 1" pipe for the most Northerly Nortb—
west corner of this tract, also being the Northwest corner of Block 9 and in the South R. 0. W. line
of Thirty—fifth Street;
THENCE East along the North line of said Block 9 and the South R. Oo W. line of Thirty—fifth Street
217,b feet to a I" pipe for the most Northerly Northeast corner of this tract, and the. Northeast corner
of Block 9;
THENCE South along the East line of ,said Block 9 for 200.0 feet to a 1" pipe for the Southeast corner of
Block 9 in the North line of Block 17;
THENCE East along the North line of said Block 17 for 217.E feet to the place of beginning and containing
4.45b acres of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed hereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements, and public places thereon shown for the purposes and considera—
tions therein expressed.
