BEGINNING at an Iron rod set at the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Replat of Capital Addition, as
recorded in Volume 23, Page 346, Wichita County Plat Records, said rod being in the North
right—of—way line of Old Iowa Park Road, for the Southwest corner of this tract;
THENCE N 00' 18' 49" E with the East line of sold Lot 1 to a mog nail set at a distance of
346.05 feet at the Southwest corner of Block 5, C. H. Foley Subdivision as recorded at
Volume 5, Page 264, Wichito County Plat Records, for the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 79. 29' E along the South line of said Block 5 to an iron rod set at a distance of
165.66 feet at the Northwest corner of Block 7 of said Foley Subdivision, for the Northeast
corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 18' 45" W along the West line of said Block 7 a distance of 346.05 feet to an
iron rod set in the North right—of—way line of Old Iowa Park Road, for the Southeast corner
of this tract;
THENCE N 79' 29' W along the North right—of—way line of Old Iowa Park Road a distance of
165.66 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.295 acres of land.
