Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE South with the East line of Block 22 and the West line of Covington Street a distance of 226.0
feet to an iron rod for the Southeast corner of this tract;
THENCE N 79° 44' W a distance of 162.0 feet to an iron rod in fence line for the Southwest corner of this
tract,
THENCE N 01 ° 53' E with fence a distance of 224.8 feet to an iron rod in the North line of Block 22 for
the Northwest corner of this tract;
THENCE S 79° 44' E with the North line of Block 22, a distance of 154.5 feet to the PLACE OF
BEGINNING and containing 0.808 acre of land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicate to the use of the public forever, all streets, alleys,
parks, water courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations therein expressed.
