Road, a 110.00 foot wide right-of-way, said iron rod being N 790 30' W 338.49
feet and N 000 21' E, 10.2 feet, from the southeast corner of Block 22, C.H.
Foley Subdivision;
THENCE N 000 21' E, generally with a fence, 346.00 feet to an iron rod set
for corner in the north line of said Block 22;
THENCE S 79° 30' E, with said north line,90.00 feet to an iron rod set for
corner at the northeast corner of the West one half of Block 22;
THENCE S DO. 21' W, 346.00 feet to an iron rod set for corner in the north
line of said Old Iowa Park Road;
THENCE N 790 30' W, with said north line, 90.00 feet to the place of begin-
ning;
