County, Texas, and being more specifically described by metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point in the West right-of-way line of Harris Lane, said point beers South
178.1 feet from the Northeast corner of the above mentioned Block 8 for the Northeast corner of
this tract and place of beginning of this description;
Thence continuing along the above mentioned West right-of-way line of Harris Lane, South
