BEGINNING at a point of intersection of the West R.O.W. of Covington Drive with the North
R.O.W-of U. S. Highway No. 287 (Old Iowa Park Road), said point also being the Southeast corner
of Block 22, C.W. Foley Subdivision, Wichita Falls, Texas.
THENCE N.80•-OO'W. a distance of 150.00 feet along the North R.O.W. of U. S. Highway No. 287
to a point fur the Southwest corner of this survey;
THENCE North a distance of 120.00 feet to a point for the Northwest corner of this survey;
THENCE S.80•-00'E, a distance of 150,00 feet to a point for the Northeast corner of this survey,
said point also being in the West R.O.W. line of Covington Drive;
THENCE South along the West R.O.W. line of Covington Drive a distance of 120.00 feet to the
place of beginning and containing 0.413 acres of land.
