said Block I, R. E. Montgomery Subdivision;
THENCE S 35' 00' E with the Westline of North Scott Street, at 235.0 feet pass
an iron rod on the bank of the Wichita River, and continuing on the same course,
in all a distance of 284.0 feet to the Southeast corner of Block I as recorded
in Volume 3, Page 79, Wichita County Plat Records;
THENCE S 34' 27' 34" W with the South line of Block I a distance of 347.71 feet
to the Southwest corner of Block I;
THENCE S 89' 24' 40" W a distance of 96.96 feet to an iron rod in the West line
of North Lamar Street;
THENCE S 32' 29' W 162.7 feet to an iron rod;
THENCE N 35° 00' W a distance of 413.53 feet to an iron rod in the South line
of Warren Street;
THENCE N 55' 00, E with the South line of Warren Street a distance of 555.9 feet
to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 4.59 acres of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, the owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is
subscribed hereto and in person or through a duly authorized agent, hereby
dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks, water
courses, drains, easements and public places thereon shown for the purposes and
considerations expressed.
