Plat Records of Wichita County and more particularly described by metes and bounds as

BEGINNING at a "PK" nail set in concrete at the Northwest comer of Lot 1, Block 1,
Downing Addition as recorded in Volume 26, Page 696 of the Wichita County Plat Records
and being in the South line of Speedway Avenue;
THENCE S 00' 16' 05" E a distance of 269.20 feet to an iron found at the most Westerly
Southwest comer of Lot 3, Block 1, Downing Addition for an ell corner of this tract;
THENCE N 89' 52' 50" E a distance of 129.62 feet to an "X" set in concrete for an ell
corner of said Lot 3 and the most Easterly Northeast corner of this tract;
THENCE S 00' 03' 15" W with the most Southerly West line of said Lot 3 a distance of
87.19 feet to an iron rod set at the Northeast corner of a 25.0 x 60.0 foot tract conveyed
to Charles B. Prothro in Volume 1866, Page 853 of the Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE S 89' 33' DO" W a distance of 60.00 feet to a fence corner for the Northwest
corner of the said Prothro tract;
THENCE S DO. 27' 00" W a distance of 25.00 feet to a fence corner for the Southwest
corner of said Prothro Tract and being in the North line of Block 1, Country Club Estates;
THENCE S 89' 58' 45" W with the North line of said Block 1 a distance of 168.24 feet to
an iron rod set for the Northwest corner of said Block 1 in the East right—of—way line of
Harrison Street;
THENCE N 00' 17' 35" W with the East right—of—way line of Harrison Street a distance of
381.65 feet to an iron rod found at its intersection with the South right—of—way line of
Speedway Avenue;
THENCE East with the South right—of—way line of Speedway Avenue a distance of 99.59
feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 1.171 acre of land.
THEREFORE the owner of the land shown on this plot and whose name is subscribed here
on and in person or through a duly authorized agent hereby dedicated to the use of public
forever all streets, alleys, parks, water courses, drains easements, and public places there or
shown for the purposes and considerations therein expressed.
