fence footing at the Southwest comer of Lot 10;
THENCE N 00° 44' W with the West line of Lots 10 and 11 a. distance of 100.06 feet to an iron
rod at the Northwest comer of Lot 11;
THENCE N 89' 51' E with the North line of Lot 11 a distance of 194.4 feet to an iron rod in the
West line of Gladiolus Street;
THENCE South with the East lines of Lots 11 and 10 and the West line of Gladiolus Street a
distance of 100.0 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.44 acre of land.
The owner of the land shown on this plat and whose name is subscribed thereto, and in person
or through a duly authorized agent, here by dedicates to the use of the public forever, all streets,
alleys, parks, water courses, drains, easements and public laces thereon shown for the
