Rai I road;
THENCE N 89e 12' W at 25.0 feet pass a P-K Nail set in a concrete driveway in all along the North line
of atractowned by Melvin R. Brown atotal distanceof 185.Ofeet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set 1.0foot East
of a chain link fence corner post;
THENCE S OOa 12' 42" W 120.0 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set at the Southwest corner of a tract owned
by Neil M. Whitt, Volume 1160, Page 580, a 1/2 inch iron rod found at the Northwest cornerof Lot 1,
Block 1-A (Volume 25, Pages 180 & 181 Plat Records) bears S 89e 43' 12" E 3.1 feet;
THENCE N 89° 43' 12" W 296.20feet along the North line of atractowned by Albert Nunez, Volume 1382,
Page 382 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set on the West line of Block 2 and the East line of Block 3;
THENCE N 000 02' 42" E 452.80 feet along the West line of Block 2 to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the
Southwest cornerof Lot 1, Block 52A (Volume 26, Page 631 Plat Records);
THENCE S 890 52' 36" E 187.03feetto a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Northwest corner of Lot 2 (Volume

THENCE S 000 10' 30" W 246.00feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set for the Southwest cornerof a tract owned
by Johnny M. Pollard, Volume 1434, Page 256;
THENCE S 86e 57' 24" E 170.21 feet along the South line of the Pollard tract to a 1/2 inch iron rod set;
THENCE S 00° 02' 42" W 1.33 feet to a 1/2 inch iron rod set;
THENCE S 890 52' 36" E at 99.75 feet pass a 1/2 inch iron rod set, in all a distanceof 124.75 feet to the
East line of Lot 1 and the center of Wellington Lane;
THENCE S 000 02' 42" W 77.76 feet to the Place of Beginning and containing 2.79 Acres of land. The
bearings in these Field Notes are NAD 83 Grid bearings from Solar Observations.
