WHEREAS, A. L. Ward and W. T. Wade are the owners of a tract of land out of Blocks 1 $ 2,
J. F. Kiel Subdivision as recorded in Volume 3, Page S8, Wichita County Plat Records, described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron rod set at the intersection of the North line of Old Iowa Park Road and the West line
of Wellington Lane, said point being N 790 1S' W, 20.3 feet and N 000 17' E, 71.2 feet from the Southeast
corner of Block 1, John F. Kiel Subdivision and also being the Northeast corner of a 10 foot wide strip
conveyed for right-of-way from Mrs. Annie Lee Dodson to the State of Texas, September 17, 1936 and recorded
at Volume 343, Page 90, Wichita County Deed Records;
THENCE with West line of Wellington Lane, N 000 17' E, 820.1 feet to iron rod set in North line of 4.41 acres
conveyed from Alton B. and Marie Birdett to Donald L. and Lola Hisler at Volume 1034, Page 398, Wichita
County Deed Records;
ITIENCE with fence N 89° 43' W, 163.5 feet to iron rod at fence corner at Northwest corner of said 4.41 acres;
THENCE S 00° 17' W, 238.4 feet to iron rod from which fence corner bears S 09° 36' W, 9.0 feet;
THENCE S 090 36' W, 542.45 feet to iron rod in North line of Old Iowa Park Road, from which fence corner bears
N 750 W, 8.0 feet;
THENCE with North line of Old Iowa Park Road, being parallel with and 170 feet Northeasterly from the center of
Fort Worth $ Denver Railroad, S 79° 15' E, 2SS.6 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 3.S8 acres of
land.
The owners of the land shown on this plat and whose names are subscribed thereto, and in person or
through a duly authorized agent, hereby dedicates to the use of the public forever all streets, alleys, parks,
water courses, drains and public lace thereon shown for the purposes and considerations therin ex sed.
